San Luis Obispo Location


Civil Engineer  with 5-8 years’ experience in Civil Engineering & Design using AutoCAD. This position requires California P.E. license in Civil Engineering. Preferred experience with Grading and Drainage, Hydrology and Hydraulics, Public Works and/or SWPPP.


Civil Designer with 5-10 years’ experience as a Civil Designer with Civil 3D experience. Must be able to complete grading and drainage, street plans and utility plans independently. Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred.


Entry Level Civil Engineer -  This position requires a BS or MS in Civil Engineering, Transportation or Water Resources concentration preferred. Will assist with SWPPP work and drafting / design in AutoCAD.


Survey Manager with 10 years’ minimum of Survey related experience and Professional Surveyors Registration in California is required. Proficient with RTK, GPS and Robotic Total Stations.  Must be able to assist field crews as needed and have experience with AutoCAD and Civil3D. Bachelor’s Degree in Surveying preferred.


Administrative/Engineering Assistant with 2 years’ experience. Candidate must be detail-oriented, and proficient in Microsoft Office. Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Responsibilities include: Clerical support, reception, project related tasks such as reviewing / formatting documents and report preparation.  



Bakersfield Location


Safety Manager with 5+ years’ experience in construction safety. Responsibilities include safety program management, site safety audits, safety statistics, training and coordination. ASP / CSP certification required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred. 


Mechanical Engineer with 5-10 years’ experience in oil and gas production facilities, pipelines and refinery design and engineering. Will be responsible for project management, engineering design calculations and maintaining budgets and schedules. Will also manage and review design process.  Professional licensing is a plus but not mandatory.


NDT Level II Technician with 3-5 years’ inspection experience.  Responsibilities include examination of pressure vessels, tanks and pipelines using non-destructive techniques, writing inspection reports. Candidates should have excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and proficiency using Microsoft Office programs. Position may require international and domestic travel. API 510 / 570 / 653 certifications a plus.
